Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Bellevue, Washington and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   There are many condo projects in Bellevue! Prices range from the low $200s to 5 million and up! There is one condo community for over 55 called Regents Park. There is also a new adult luxury rental that will be completed soon called Bellatini. Other senior communities are in Issaquah and Redmond. As for being on a golf course, ai don’t believe that there are condos in Bellevue on a golf course but there are in other areas in the Puget Sound region.
